Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
    1 large onion, diced fine
    1 pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Put through grinder or blender all the ingredients.
    Make into small balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll in flour, then dip into an egg and milk batter, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
