Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter a 12 cup muffin pan.
    Sift and measure flour.
    Sift again with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Beat egg in medium bowl.
    Blend in sour cream and milk. Add dry ingredients and melted butter all at once, stirring just until moistened.
    Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
