Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
Preparation

Blend butter, sugar and eggs.
Add vinegar, vanilla and coconut.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until light brown.
