Cocoons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
1 c. pecans
1 c. butter
7 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla; beat until light.
Mix dry ingredients and cream mixture and blend thoroughly.
Shape.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
