Hearty Potato Soup(Serving Size: 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimento, diced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. hot water
1/4 c. plain flour
3 c. milk, divided
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in Dutch oven.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in the hot water and add to potato mixture.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cover and reduce
heat to simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Dissolve flour in 1/4 cup milk and stir into soup.
Add remaining milk and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 25 minutes.
