Apricot Nut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. flour
    3 sticks oleo
    4 egg yolks
    4 c. ground nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 jars apricot filling
    4 egg whites
    8 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat water, milk and 1 tablespoon sugar; let cool and put aside.
    When cool, dissolve 1 package dry yeast.
    Mix as pie dough the flour, oleo and egg yolks.
    Add yeast mixture and divide into 3 parts.
    Roll between wax paper and lay on pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.
    Mix ground nuts, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar and put 1 cup aside.
