Cranberry Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cranberries, cut up
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 egg whites
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and spices.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add to dry ingredients alternately with vinegar and melted butter.
Mix well.
Stir in cranberries and pecans.
Bet egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into cranberry mixture and blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
