Pumpkin Centerpiece Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
green food coloring

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in confectioners sugar, vanilla and food coloring.
Beat mixture until it holds together.
Chill 10 minutes.
Form some of the mixture into leaves and place on top of cake.
Spoon remaining around bottom to form grass.
