Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    2 cubes chicken broth
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. broccoli frozen (uncooked)
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water seasoned with broth cubes.
    Cool chicken, then skin and debone (save broth).
    Heat mushroom soup with enough broth to make sauce thin enough to pour.
    Add onions and vegetables and bring to boil.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses in casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes 10 servings.
