Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet; drain grease.
Brown green pepper, celery and onion in skillet until tender.
Mix these ingredients with the soup, water and rice.
Place in buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 covered with aluminum foil.
