Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
21 oz. (2 cans) sweetened condensed milk
5 egg yolks
zest of 1 lime
1 c. lime juice
5 egg whites
Preparation
-
Mix together the first 3 ingredients and press into a 10-inch pie pan.
Combine the next 4 ingredients.
Beat the 5 egg whites and fold in or put on top (like lemon pie).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve chilled.
