Vegetable Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. frozen green beans, cooked and drained
    16 small white onions, peeled, cooked and drained (or frozen small whole onion, cooked and drained)
    1 c. coarse buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in saucepan; remove from heat; blend in flour, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce - stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and boils one minute.
    Add peas, beans and onions - turn into buttered 8 cup baking dish.
    Make a rim of bread crumbs around edge of dish; sprinkle cheese over.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 min., or until top is bubbly.
