Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. buttermilk
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
3 - 5-inch zucchini, grated (2 C.)
1/2 - 1 C. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter and oil together in large bowl.
Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk to sugar mixture and mix well.
Sift together all the dry ingredients (flour, allspice, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and cocoa).
Add flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well.
Add grated zucchini and mix well.
