Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 lb. box marshmallows
2 lb. pecans
2 lb. English walnuts
1 jar cherries
1 box seedless raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. grape juice
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped figs
Preparation

Crumble crackers; add pecans, walnuts, dates, figs, raisins and cherries.
In large pan mix orange and grape juice.
Heat; add marshmallows and stir until melted.
Pour over cracker mixture and mix well.
Line cake pan with wax paper; press cake firmly in cake pan.
Store in icebox.
