Ingredients
    2 thin slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
    4 chicken cutlets (4 oz., 1/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry white wine *
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    *Or substitute 1/4 cup more broth.
