Corn Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add vegetables and curry powder. Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are just tender (8 to 10 minutes).
Stir in sour cream and season to taste.
Heat, stirring constantly.
Yield: 4 servings.
(I usually double it; use 3 packages frozen whole kernel corn.)
