Cheesy Egg Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Parkay butter
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    6 flour tortillas
    1/2 c. shredded lettuce
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over low heat.
    Mix eggs and milk; pour into skillet.
    Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.
    Add cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
    Fill tortillas with eggs, lettuce and tomatoes.
    Roll up.
    Serves 6.
