Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. powdered sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
4 to 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon

Preparation

Mix together flour, margarine, powdered sugar and salt.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
