Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, sliced
    4 pork chops or 3 cups diced ham, fat removed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer half of the pork chops, onion, flour and cheese in casserole dish. Repeat with the other half. Save some cheese for top of casserole. Add milk to mushroom soup and pour over the top. Cook at 375\u00b0 till done. Sprinkle with additional cheese the last 15 minutes.
