Elyse'S Aloha Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and cook rice.
    Add to sugar and let sit for one hour.
    Whip the cream until slightly thickened.
    Fold into pineapple mixture until well blended.
    Chill and serve.
