Chicken A La King(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. lower sodium chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped green or red peppers, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim or low-fat milk
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. diced pimento
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, stir together chicken broth and peppers. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
    Do not drain.
    In a mixing bowl, gradually stir the milk into the flour until smooth.
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
    Stir in canned mushrooms, chicken or turkey, pimento, water, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
    Heat through.
