Bob'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white Karo
    1 c. water
    3 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Butter large cookie sheet.
    Cook sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread, stirring constantly.
    Add raw peanuts. Continue cooking until syrup is golden brown.
    Remove from heat and add the vanilla, butter and soda.
    Stir well and pour onto buttered pan.
    Cool and break in pieces.
