Yogurt Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 oz. (1/2 c.) flavored yogurt
    1/2 c. water + 2 Tbsp.
    2 Tbsp. melted butter/margarine
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix liquid ingredients.
    Add all dry ingredients; mix.
    Cook as usual pancakes.
    A double batch works great with an 8 ounce flavored yogurt.
    Makes great frozen pancakes to use as needed for little ones.
    Just warm in microwave.
