Honey Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 good sized boneless, skinned chicken breasts
1/8 c. melted margarine
1/8 c. Gulden's prepared mustard (or any good spicy brown mustard)
1/4 c. honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. paprika
dash of salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine margarine, honey, mustard, lemon juice and paprika; stir together well.
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Put chicken pieces in Pam-sprayed 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Pour the honey mixture over the chicken.
Cover dish with foil and refrigerate a couple of hours.
