Microwave Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Place apples and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Stir.
Cook 5 minutes longer on High.
