Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country style ribs
    salt and pepper
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    2 lemons, sliced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Season ribs with salt and pepper.
    Put in roaster with rack for 1 hour, covered.
    Drain grease; add sliced onions and remaining ingredients.
    Bake in covered roaster at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then uncovered for 1/2 hour more.
