Spicy Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts, diced
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 jar salsa
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute pepper, celery and onion in oil until onion is translucent. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salsa, Worcestershire sauce, spices and sugar. Stir until blended and bubbling. Add diced chicken and cover. Simmer 40 to 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve on bed of rice with crackers and salad.
