Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    flour
    1 onion, sliced
    1 small chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pound flour into steak. Cook onion and green pepper in fat until tender.
    Brown meat in fat. Add tomatoes, juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
