Pina Colada Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crushed pineapple in its own juice (undrained)
    3 1/2 oz. instant coconut pudding mix
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In food processor, with metal blade or blender, combine all ingredients.
    Cover; process 30 seconds (15 seconds in blender). Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with fresh fruit.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
