Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
6 c. tart apples, thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk or cream
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Mix both the regular and brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Spread 1/3 of apples in unbaked deep-dish pie crust. Spread 1/3 of filling on top. Repeat. Pour 1/4 cup milk in center and dot with margarine. Top with an unbaked crust. Brush crust with 1 tablespoon milk. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
