Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wild rice
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
6 chicken breasts or 1 chicken
3 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped carrots
1 c. skim milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook the rice, water and bouillon cubes about 35 minutes. Cook the chicken breasts or chicken until tender.
Remove chicken and cut in cubes.
To the broth, add the celery, onion and carrots. Cook until tender.
Combine all ingredients. Add the milk, soups and cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Freezes well.
