Play Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in heavy pan.
Cook and stir until it pulls away from sides and follows spoon.
Turn out and knead.
If sticky, add flour.
Divide and add food coloring, if desired. Knead.
Store in Baggies.
Much better than store-bought play dough, as it does not get hard and is very pliable.
