Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. oleo
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix flour, oleo and confectioners sugar together with a fork or\ta pastry blender until crumbly.
    Press into a greased and floured 9

    13-inch
    cake
    pan.
    Bake
    for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Beat
    eggs, sugar and lemon juice together with a mixer until well blended.
    Pour
    over
    first
    layer and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool
    for
    5 to 10 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut while still hot.
