French Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in large bowl.
    Make a well in center and add eggs, melted butter and half of milk.
    With a whisk or wooden spoon, gradually stir the flour into the liquid mixture.
    While stirring, gradually add more liquid until consistency is that of cream.
    When all liquid is added, beat or whisk to remove all lumps.
    Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into preheated pan.
    Cook both sides on low heat until lightly browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 crepes. Fill with fruit, ice cream, or scrambled eggs.
    Fold and enjoy.
