Broccoli And Red Bell Pepper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 broccoli head, cut into florets and stalks peeled and sliced
2 red bell peppers, roasted, seeded, peeled and chopped (roast in oven)
3 green onions (with tops), chopped
10 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
1/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Whisk together the mayonnaise and vinegar to make the dressing. Toss the broccoli, bell peppers, onions, bacon and nuts in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss gain.
Season with salt and pepper.
The salad will keep in the refrigerator for a day or two.
