Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. sliced apples
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water.
Add to apple juice and cinnamon.
Cook slowly until sauce is
clear.
Put apples in pie shell and pour apple juice over them.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until apple are done.
