Almond Praline Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. half and half
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine marshmallows, brown sugar and half and half in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Stir in almonds just before serving.
    (This is a yummy sauce that can be used over ice cream or to jazz up a bought cheesecake.)
