Chicken In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 frying chicken, quartered
flour (to coat chicken)
salt and pepper
mushroom (for each piece)
1 bay leaf (for each piece)
2 pieces celery (for each piece)
margarine (to dot on top)

Preparation

Brown chicken in oil.
Place chicken in separate pieces of foil.
Top each piece with mushrooms, bay leaf and celery.
Dot with margarine.
Seal foil and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
