Green Onion And Apple Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. ground sage
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 Granny Smith apple, VERY finely diced
    2 tsp. honey
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a bowl.
    Form into desired sized patties and fry over low to moderate heat until no longer pink in center. Careful--they burn easily if heat is too high!
    Drain on paper towels.
    Keep warm in low oven until the rest of the brunch is ready.
    Yield:
    12-15 patties.
