Kim'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
 
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream-style corn
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 c. Velveeta Mexican cheese
sliced jalapeno to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients until well mixed.
 
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
