Shirley'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very hot milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    4 medium-size eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Add first three ingredients to the hot milk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Combine well beaten eggs to buttermilk.
    Add to hot milk mixture.
    Blend well.
    Bake in dish or pan which contains about 1/2 cup oil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
