English Muffin Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    3 or 4 scallions, chopped fine
    1 brick shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (3/4 to 1 lb.)
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
    12 English muffins, cut in half and toasted
Preparation
    Drain bacon on paper towel and crumble up.
    Mix bacon, olives, scallions and cheese with mayonnaise until creamy.
    Cut toasted English muffins into quarters.
    Spread about 1 teaspoon on each piece of muffin and broil until bubbly.
    Serve hot for best taste. Mixture can be frozen until ready to use.
