Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves, crushed
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chicken in shortening or oil; pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes or until tender.
    Stir now and then.
    Serve with rice.
