Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Add baking powder, soda and salt to flour, then sift into a bowl. Add raisins to mixture.
Mix beaten eggs, melted butter and buttermilk to mixture and mix.
Grease and flour a baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Check with knife.
If it comes out clean, the loaf is done. Remove from oven and apply a small amount of butter to top of loaf to soften crust. Wrap in foil to keep fresh.
