Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef chuck or rump, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 1/2 to 3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Coat beef cubes with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot Wesson oil.
    Add celery and onion; brown lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients, including remaining seasoned flour; stir well.
    Cover and cook over low heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve with hot noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4.
