Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
    4 to 5 c. chicken broth (fresh, canned or bouillon)
    salt, pepper and garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. tomato juice or stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown the rice in bacon grease.
    Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer until rice is fully cooked.
    You may have to add more liquid.
