Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. salmon fillet per person
    olive oil
    pepper
    lemon or lime half
Preparation
    Brush salmon with oil; sprinkle with pepper.
    Place on oiled grill, meat side down.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on meat side.
    Turn and cook the rest of the time on the skin side.
    Brush meat side with more oil and squeeze lemon or lime juice over the top while the fish continues to cook.
