Lemon Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken parts
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp. pepper (fresh ground)
Preparation
    In a large, shallow baking dish, mix lemon juice, oil, herbs and spices.
    Add chicken; turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for several hours or overnight.
    Remove chicken from marinade.
    Grill or broil 6 inches from heat, turning and brushing frequently with marinade, for 35 to 45 minutes, or until tender.
