Zucchini Pie(Better Than Egg Custard) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Milnot (canned milk)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust
1 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and cook zucchini (6 minutes in microwave).
Blend all ingredients in blender (will be creamy).
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until set.
