Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    7 unbeaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 c. egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    In first bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Form a well and add Wesson oil, egg yolks, cold water, vanilla and lemon flavoring. Beat with spoon until smooth.
